Narrative Description of Project: The BEZA requested BICF to provide assistance in prioritizing an initial list of 7 (seven) sites that have been recommended by the respective District Commissioners and private sector. Responding to the request for commissioning site assessment of the proposed EZ projects in respective districts, BICF engaged Young Consultants to conduct site assessment and prioritize seven sites for BEZA under closely supervision with the International EZ specialist. Services provided by your staff within the assignment were: Reviewed background information of the site like Visit the site and examined its location, size and area, the context surrounding the site, on and off-site infrastructure, environmental and social issues, identify any fatal flaws (“deal-breakers” that are impossible or financially prohibitive to mitigate and would eliminate the site from consideration) , Review the context surrounding of the site, Assessed the site, Identified the environmental issues for the site, Assessed the social aspects of the site and its surrounding area, Met with BEPZA and other government officials, Final Site Assessment Report
