Mr. Hossain has around 25 years hands on experience in enterprise capacity building, operation and management, feasibility study, site assessment and selection for SEZ, monitoring and evaluation, funding at local and global levels, grant and subsidy management, project development, private sector development, training and HR management and development, HR consulting, public and private procurements, technical assistance program design, innovation management and venture capital financing, lease financing, merchant banking and real estate financing etc.
He held many senior positions in several local and multilateral financial institutions and donor agencies and acquired excellent analytical and report writing skills. He served leading donor agencies as local consultant namely ADB, World Bank, JICA, IFC, DANIDA, USAID, European Commission, ITC-UNCTAD/WTO, SNV, DFID, etc. He has good working experience in other countries like Vietnam, Cambodia, Kazakhstan, Japan, Netherlands etc.
Mr. Hossain completed MSc. in International Trade Policy and Trade Law from the Lund University of Sweden, Post Graduate Diploma in Small Entrepreneurship Promotion and Industrial Assistance from Maastricht School of Management-the Netherlands. He attended numerous local and overseas training courses on diverse fields relating to trade commerce and industrial investment, Entrepreneurship, Capital Market, Performance Management and Monitoring Plans, Marketing etc.

Mr. Alim Haider is expert in Enterprise Development, financial analyzing, Industrial Financing etc for the last 25 years. Since 2006 he is working with Young Consultants as a Financial and Enterprise Development Expert. He is an M.B.A (Major in Finance) from Institute of Business Administration, Dhaka University. He was involved in many development projects of JICA, USAID, The World Bank, EC, IFC, ILO, DFID and many international and national clients. In his professional period he accomplished his career working with Bangladesh Shilpa Bank, MIDAS, UCEP, GTZ, SME Foundation, Majumder group and so many. He has good knowledge on financial analysis, projection of demand analysis, assessing the financial terms and finding out the gap between demand and supply for a development project etc.

Md. Moshiur Rahman, is currently working with Young Consultants as a Assistant Manager (Head of Field Operation). He particularly supervises the Field operation, Field monitoring, Survey methodology , Data Collection and data Management, Develop survey instrument, Training field staffs, Assist in writing report, correspondence with donor, other organizations and stakeholders. Moreover, he is specialized in Project Management and Field Operation, Monitoring and Mobilization of Field Staffs, Providing Training for Field Staffs, Drawing sample and pilot testing, FGD and PRA, , Create operation manual for drugs treatment. He has achieved his Masters and Honors Degree in History from University. Mr. Moshiur has conducted various donor funded projects over the last 15 years various organization particularly in areas of Infrastructure Development Projects (Feasibility RMG sector, REB, SEZ, EPZ etc); Agriculture (JICA Fact Finding Study, Crop Insurance of IFC-WB Group); Education (Assessment of literacy status in Bangladesh- UNESCO, Formal and Non formal Primary Education Competency Survey - UNESCO & UNICEF etc); Health, Drugs Treatment & ‘HIV’ & AIDs Prevention (Manager of Treatment Centre, Dhaka Ahasania Mission and USAID HIV’ & AIDs Project); Health and Nutrition (Bangladesh maternal mortality and health services survey- USAID, Bangladesh demographic and health survey- USAID, School nutrition program - Land O’ lakes dairy co-operative society- USA, The Baseline Survey of JIBON-O- JIBIKA project- Save the Children USA, etc); Population and Vulnerable People in Community (PRSP-62 village survey study project); Grants Management (European Union Grants Mobilization for Plastic and Garment Accessories) under Inspire Project), Project management & Project Development.
Head of Finance and Administration Unit
Mr. Asiful Islam is working with Young Consultants for about 1 year. He has good experience in maintaining administrative and accounts related activities. Along with Young Consultants he maintains daily accounts of cash inflow and outflow as well as all kinds of accounts and administrative tasks. He has adequate knowledge on accounting software and other related application software’s.
Senior Research Executive (Environment)
Md. Jubaer Arefin, is currently working with Young Consultants as a Senior Research Executive. He particularly oversees the desk study for secondary data analysis, arrange and coordinating stakeholders’ meeting along with drafting minutes of the meetings for ongoing projects. Furthermore, Jubaer also arrange field visit for primary data collection, conduct stakeholders’ consultation in the field, coordinate consultants and also conduct field visit with the research team both being an interpreter and also field researcher. In terms of proposal writing, he is also capable of writing proposal (technical and financial).
He has achieved his Masters Degree in Environmental Conservation from the University of Greenwich, UK besides he has also completed his graduation and post graduation in Environmental Science from Jahangirnagar University. In addition he also has acquired PGD Certificate Course on Management of Land Acquisition, Resettlement and Rehabilitation (MLARR) from BRAC University.
Senior Research Executive (Procurement and Business Development)
Mr. Asifuzzaman is working as Senior Research Executive of Young Consultants since 2013 in Procureent & Business Development Department. He is working on preparing and submitting EOI, proposal and corresponding with the clients. In addition, he has in depth knowlege in developing business plan, marketing strategies, feasibility study, HR Consulting, project monitoring and evaluation, financial analysis, market research, private sector development, conducting survey and others. He worked closely with JICA, World Bank, GAIN, GoB, SNV the Netherlands and other individual clients to implement the above services.
He has completed MBS and BBS from National University in Marketing and HSC from Notre Dame College. He obtained Diploma in Apparel Merchandising from BUFT and other profession training.
Senior Research Executive (Statistics)
Mr. Shibu Deb Nath, experienced in Statistics analysis through various statistical software’s in SPSS, STATA, CSPro, Eviews, MS Excel and other database software. Since 2013 he is responsible for supervising data entry operators, database management and others data analytical tasks in the projects of YC. Moreover, he is capable of developing questionnaires, cross checking of primary data collected by questionnaire surveys, providing training to the enumerators, proper link with the team members and report writing. He has completed Bachelor of Science and Masters in Statistics from University of Rajshahi. He obtained several tarining on statistics and database software from many institues.

Mr. Saleh is working with Young Consultants for 2 years. He is working as Research Executive for YC in many projects of World Bank, JICA, GoB and other local clients. He assist in developing survey questionnairies, training the field staffs, monitoring and checking of filled in questionnairies. Young Marketing and Communication is an another wings of YC. Mr. Abu Al Arafat has been working as Head of Marketng and communication since 2012. He handles the maketing related tasks for Young Consultants i.e. young marketing and communication, market reserch, survey and so on. Moreover, he is involved in prepearing project profile for Brick Kiln project and others.

Mr. Abdul Gaffar has around 13 years’ experience in conducting coordination and assisting in implementing projects of JICA, GAIN, World Bank, IFC, IDCOL and so on. He is working on the busienss development of YC. He has good capacity of coordination of projects, appointment setting, conducting face to face interview with the stakeholders. He has extensive working experience in middles east since working with Standard Chartered Bank and United Arab Bank.
He has completed Masters and Bachelor Degree in Management from University of Dhaka and obtained several trainings on Monitoring and Evaluation, Project Coordiantion, Renewable Energy, Anti Money Laundering, Selling Skills for Retail Banking, Customer Care, Credit Card Operations, Non Verbal Communication Skills, Retail Banking Seminar etc.
